Cut the turkey into small pieces and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the foam with a special slotted spoon. Chop the vegetables finely and simmer them in a pan in olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Add the vegetables to the turkey and cook the soup for another 10 minutes. Grind with a hand blender: done!

Drinking diet: how often can you use it?
